Cell therapy consisting of pro-inflammatory monocytederived dendritic cells (MoDCs), isolated from an allogeneic human healthy blood donor and ex-vivo stimulated with resiquimod (R848), polyinosinicpolycytidylic acid (poly(I:C)) and interferon gamma (IFN-γ). Contains at least 70% of dendritic cells (DC). These cells express T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD86 and the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecule HLA-DR, and secrete pro-inflammatory soluble factors, including interleukin 12 (IL-12) and C-C motif chemokine 5 (CCL5; also known as RANTES).
