recombinant replication-competent attenuated arenavirus (lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus [LCMV] strain clone 13) expressing the glycoprotein of LCMV strain WE instead of its endogenous glycoprotein (alternatively designated as rCl13/WE-GP) vector with two copies of the small (S) genome segment (S RNA segment), with one encoding the viral membrane glycoprotein (GP) and one encoding the viral nucleocapsid protein (NP), and both encoding a synthetic human papillomavirus type 16 E7E6 fusion protein (with mutations of C24G, E26G and C91G in E7 and C69G and C112G in E6), and with a wild type large (L) genome segment (L RNA segment)., Expression of the E7E6 fusion protein is under control of the viral expression mechanism.
