human culture expanded activated allogeneic T cells for adjunctive immunotherapy. Cells are derived from the haematopoietic stem cell (HSC) donor and are genetically modified ex vivo with a non-replicative SFCMM-3 gammaretroviral vector derived from Moloney murine Leukemia Virus (Mo-MuLV), encoding for a truncated form of the human low affinity nerve growth factor receptor (ΔLNGFR) and the herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase (HSV-TK Mut2). Cells contain a suicide gene in case of graft versus host disease development.
