Химическое название

allogenic corneal endothelial cells derived from human corneal tissue (Descemet's membrane) and obtained by enzymatic digestion. The endothelial cells are seeded onto collagen type I-coated plates and expanded in media containing foetal bovine serum, calcium chloride, chondroitin sulfate, epidermal growth factor (EGF), a p38 mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase inhibitor, ascorbic acid, and a Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK)-inhibitor. The cells are positive for CD166 (activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule; >90%) and negative for CD24, CD105 (endoglin), CD44, CD26 (dipeptidyl peptidase 4), and CD200, display a healthy corneal cell morphology, and show expression at the cell periphery for sodium potassium pumps (Na+/K+- ATPase) and tight cell junctions (ZO-1).
